A big controversy has arisen after the court accepted the petition claiming that there is a Shiva temple in Ajmer Sharif Dargah. Politics has become heated in this matter. Expressing his views on this controversy, Samajwadi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Ram Gopal Yadav has made controversial remarks regarding judges. Talking to a news agency, Yadav said that small judges want to set the country on fire. Earlier, he had recently made controversial remarks on retired Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and later took a U-turn.
Small judge wants to set the country on fire
Regarding the Ajmer Sharif controversy, SP leader Ram Gopal Yadav said, ‘I have already said that such small judges are sitting who want to set fire to this country. it makes no sense. Our Prime Minister himself sends a sheet to Ajmer Sharif. People come there from all over the country and the world. Putting it into controversies is extremely disgusting and a symbol of petty mentality. BJP supporters can do anything to remain in power, it doesn’t matter to them if the country goes on fire. They are only concerned with power. He was asked that Naseeruddin Chishti has said that he has not been made a party in this case.
The petitioner claims that Mahadev temple is located here
The petition was filed by Vishnu Gupta of a Hindu organization. Which the court accepted for hearing. The petitioner claims that the Mahadev temple is located here, hence the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) should be ordered to conduct a scientific survey of the entire temple.
The court has now sent a notice to the Dargah Committee, Minority Ministry and ASI seeking their response. Earlier, on behalf of the same petitioner, an application was filed in the Ajmer court demanding to declare Ajmer Dargah as a Shiva temple, however, the court had refused to hear the application. After which a new application was filed in which a survey of the religious place has been demanded. The court has now sent a notice to all the parties asking them to respond, now the further hearing of the case will be held on December 20.
