The weather in Jharkhand has once again taken a turn and the monsoon, which was weak for the last few days, has started showing its full strength again. The Meteorological Center has issued a strict alert for storm, heavy rain and lightning in many major districts of the state including the capital Ranchi and Bokaro to stay safe, which will provide relief to the people from the heat and humidity, but the administration has also advised the citizens to remain alert as a precaution.
Why did the weather suddenly change in Jharkhand?

Special warning regarding lightning (easy lightning)
Along with this monsoon rain, the danger of thunder and lightning remains the highest. The Meteorological Center has issued a special warning saying that farmers and common citizens working in rural areas and open fields need to be extremely careful. In the last few months, many untoward incidents have come to light due to lightning in various parts of the state, in view of which the Disaster Management Department and meteorologists have appealed that during bad weather and thunder, people should not stand under trees or near electric poles and take shelter in safe places.

Especially people living in low-lying areas and water-logged areas have been instructed to remain alert. Drivers have been advised to drive slowly in low visibility and slippery roads. The Meteorological Department estimates that this monsoon activity will continue in different parts of the state for the next few days, due to which there will be a significant drop in the temperature and people will get relief from the humid heat.
