Six gangster convicts get 10 years imprisonment each

Firozabad, 17 February (HS). The court on Saturday sentenced six gangster convicts to 10 years imprisonment each. The court has imposed a fine on them. If they do not pay the fine, they will have to face additional punishment.

The then police station incharge Ramgarh Lokendra Pal Singh, on August 29, 2014, arrested Sultan son of Mohammad, Nafees son of Sarfaraz, Shamsul son of Safi Mohammad, Sunny son of Pyare Nabi resident of Tado Wali Bagiya police station Ramgarh, Jamil alias Chachu son of Abdul Majeed resident of Durgesh Nagar police station Rasoolpur, Wasim Lohar. Action was taken against son Mohammad Rafi resident of Muveen Nagar police station Rasoolpur under Gangster.

Police said that these gangsters had spread terror among the people of the area. Engaged in anti-social activities. After investigation, the police filed a charge sheet against them in the court. The case proceeded in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Court No. 9 Rajeev Singh. Special Public Prosecutor Murari Lal Lodhi, who is prosecuting the case on behalf of the prosecution, said that many witnesses testified during the trial. Many evidences were presented before the court.

On the basis of testimony and evidence of witnesses, the court found everyone guilty. The court sentenced the culprits to 10 years imprisonment each. A fine of Rs 5,000 each was imposed on them. If they do not pay the fine, they will have to face additional imprisonment of 3 months each.
