Bareilly, April 5 (Hindustan Reporter) On the last day of the Sri Ram-Ravana war, when Lord Sri Ram killed the Lankan king Ravana by wielding Brahmastra, the only surviving male member of the Lankan royal family, Malyvan arrived there carrying the crown and royal sword of the king of Lanka. Ravana's maternal grandfather Malyavan surrendered before Shri Ram and accepted the defeat of Lanka after Ravana's death. He said that from now on they all accept him as the master of Lanka. But Shri Ram rejected Malyavan ji's request in front of everyone and told him that he did not fight this war to establish supremacy over Lanka or to subjugate the Lankans. He fought this war to destroy the sinners and to free his wife Sita from the clutches of Ravana. Even before the war, they had accepted Vibhishana, Ravana's younger brother and an expert in religion, as the king of Lanka. After making Vibhishana the king there, he left for Ayodhya in Pushpak Viman along with his wife Sita, brother Lakshman and others.
After returning from the victory of Lanka, Lord Shri Ram, Sita ji and Lakshman ji were given a warm welcome in Ayodhya, the mothers performed their aarti, along with them came Lanka's king Vibhishana, monkey king Sugriva, Nal, Neel, Jamwant and prince Angad and Hanuman ji. . Lord Shri Ram, while introducing his forest dweller friends to Guru Vashishtha one by one, told that it was difficult to kill the demons without their cooperation. Mother Kaushalya also blessed them all, considering them as her sons. When Lord Shri Ram walked towards his palace with all the forest dweller friends, the people of Ayodhya climbed on the roofs of their houses to see this supernatural scene. All the people saluted, put flags and banners on the doors for Mangal. Women and girls became anxious to perform his aarti. Meanwhile, Guru Vashishtha called the Brahmins and said that today is an auspicious time, a beautiful day and all auspicious yogas. You all give permission so that Shri Ramchandra sits on the throne. Brahmins also said that the coronation of Shri Ram is going to bring joy to the entire world, hence this work should not be delayed now.
Today in Ramlila, the Chief Guest Mayor Dr. Umesh Gautam started the procession by performing the Aarti of the forms, which started from Narsingh Temple, reached Malukpur Square, Bihari Pur, Ghantaghar via Kotwali Roadways, Kalibari, Shyamganj, Shivaji Marg, Bada Bazaar and reached Sahukara Gate, where Bharat Milaap took place, after that it passed through Qila Chowki City Sabzi Mandi, Gandhi Murti and ended at Nursing Temple. Today the procession passed through many areas of the city. People welcomed the procession by showering flowers at various places. In the evening, Bharat Milap Leela was held at Sahukar area. Tomorrow the Leela will be formally concluded with the coronation. In the procession, all the officials of Shri Ramlila Sabha and hundreds of Ram devotees were walking together under the leadership of President Sarvesh Rastogi and were also appealing to everyone to vote.
