Mumbai: Shraddha Kapoor is going to rent a sea facing flat in Juhu area of Mumbai. Earlier Hrithik Roshan used to live in this flat on rent. Now he has shifted to another flat in the same building.
Hrithik used to pay Rs 8 lakh as monthly rent for this flat. However, it is not immediately known how much rent Shraddha has decided to pay. This flat was earlier supposed to be rented by Varun Dhawan. But, for some reason, his deal has been cancelled. Akshay Kumar has a duplex flat in the same building.
Shraddha's father Shakti Kapoor already has a bungalow worth 60 crores in Juhu. Shakti Kapoor bought a flat in this building in 1987 for Rs 7 lakh. Later he bought the entire floor here. This building is also sea facing.
