Mumbai: Shraddha Kapoor has rented a luxury flat near Juhu Beach in Mumbai. The monthly rent for the 3828 square feet flat has been fixed at Rs 6 lakh. Shraddha has paid Rs 72 lakh for the whole year.
Along with this flat, the actress has also got the facility of four car parking. Shraddha has also paid stamp duty of Rs 36 thousand.
The rent agreement of this flat was signed on 16 October.
Earlier there were reports that Shraddha was going to rent Hrithik Roshan’s flat. Akshay Kumar also lives in the same building. In this way Akshay and Shraddha were going to become neighbours.
