Experts say that people with kidney stone problems should also reduce sodium intake, because it can cause calcium problems, due to which calcium starts getting excreted in the urine, which also increases the risk of kidney stones. .

Experts say that for people who are deficient in Vitamin D and calcium, there is no harm in taking 1 gram of calcium supplement. If someone already has kidney stones, then he can take 1 gram calcium supplement on the advice of the doctor, this reduces the risk of getting kidney stones.
