The sounds of these explosions coming from underground were heard thrice last month.

What was revealed after thorough investigation was shocking. A sound like an explosion was coming from the stones lying under the ground. For this reason earthquake tremors were felt. Actually, the sound of the explosion was coming from the friction of rocks under the ground and cracks in the earth's crust. And it turned out that a vibration was felt.

When the ground water makes a sound after it dries

This usually happens due to drying up of groundwater in the earth's subsoil. Often wind pressure fills or empties the space between rocks and stones, causing a cracking sound. 300 people were evacuated to a safe place

There was no earthquake in Kerala but the tube well slipped due to rock sliding under the ground. The air pressure present in it came out in the form of an explosion. The Kerala Disaster Management Authority said the buildings damaged by the blasts and tremors were weak and old. The buildings will be repaired after examining the damage. Meanwhile, 300 people were evacuated from Anakallu village.

What happened on the night of 29 October 2024

Mild tremors were felt in Anakallu village at 9:15, 10:15 and 11:45 am on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. An explosion was also heard. These sounds were heard in an area of ​​about 2 kilometers. Vibration was also felt. Local people said that they heard a sound like an explosion in the mine. Cracks began appearing in some houses immediately. Due to which people became scared.
