Nainital, 27 August (HS). The 25th foundation day was celebrated on Tuesday with traditional religious rituals at Shirdi Sai Mandir located in Sherwani Lodge area of the city. During this, Bhajan-Kirtan and Bhandara were organized throughout the day in front of the idol of Sai beautifully decorated with flowers. The program started with Kankar Aarti in the morning. After this, Mangal Aarti was organized with Ganesh Havan, Dattatreya Havan and Mahabhishek and Bhandara was organized after the midday Aarti in the afternoon, which continued till evening.
The hosts of the religious rituals were the main trustee of the temple Vinod Arora and manager DN Joshi, while the rituals were conducted by Pandit Vipin Joshi. On this occasion, Bhajan singer Sandeep Grover and his team from Rudrapur gave a beautiful presentation of Sai Bhajans. Pandit Mahadev, Manoj, Meenu Budhlakoti, Hema Joshi, Devki Joshi, Lata Dafauti, Tara Bora, Rajan Sharma, Gaurav Paliwal, BJP city president Anand Bisht, Arvind Padiyar, Bhupendra Bisht, former office bearer Shanti Mehra, Bhagwat Rawat, Naveen Joshi Kannu and many other prominent people also participated in these religious programs. It is known that Sai temple was established in the year 2000 by retired DGP of Uttar Pradesh Dr. Chandrabhanu Satpathy.
