New Delhi: The House of Commons, the lower house of the Canadian Parliament, has passed a resolution saying that Tibet is a separate country and it has the right to decide with whom it wants to live. Tibet has been occupied for more than 7 decades. Under the “One-China-Policy”, China considers Tibet as its own. Which is not acceptable to the people of Tibet, but due to the pressure of the Chinese army, the supreme leader of Tibet, Dalai Lama and thousands of Tibetans have come to India. Not only this, but they have also formed “Arzi Hukumat” (Government in exile). It is also said that India-Indians secretly support it.

Canadian MP Alexis Brunelle-Dussebe introduced the motion, which was passed on Monday. However, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was not present in the House when the motion was tabled. Another MP, Jubi Vignola, wrote on 'X'. “Today, after a year of debate, the motion was passed unanimously, it is a pleasure,” it said, adding, “Tibet has the right to decide for itself.” We will fully assist the Tibetans in intervening in the succession process.

In 1950, China occupied Tibet. In that regard, a Canadian MP said that this proposal is very important. It is important to protect human rights. This proposal should be kept permanently in the government records.
