Sharad Pawar's party NCP has announced the second list of candidates for the Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra. Bajrang Sonawane has been given the ticket through bid. Bajrang Sonawane recently shocked Ajit Pawar's faction and included Sharad Pawar in his fold. Pankaja Munde is the candidate from BJP seat. Along with this, Sharad Pawar's party NCP has fielded Suresh alias Balaimama Mhatre from Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.
Only two candidates have been revealed in NCP's second list
The names of only two candidates are included in the second list released by Sharad Pawar's party NCP. Earlier, the party had announced the names of five candidates in the first list. Sharad Pawar's NCP announced its first list of candidates on March 30 in view of the Maharashtra Lok Sabha elections. 5 candidates were announced in the first list. After the announcement of two new candidates by Sharad Pawar faction, now a total of 7 names have been announced in the second list. In the first list, Sharad Pawar's daughter Supriya Sule has once again been made the candidate from Baramati Lok Sabha seat. Supriya Sule has won the Lok Sabha elections from here thrice. He is contesting from here with the intention of winning the election for the fourth time.

There are total 48 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra. Voting will be held in five phases on all the seats in Maharashtra. The results of all the seats across the country including Maharashtra will be declared on June 4.
