In this, the Shiromani Committee has been requested to stop the release of the film and share its entire script with the Shiromani Committee, so that the Sikh community and their sentiments regarding this film can be expressed.

There is also a character named Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala, whom radical Sikhs see as a saint.
