Pratapgarh, 17 August (HS). Superintendent of Police Dr. Anil Kumar posted seven inspectors from the police line in the crime branch. All were given new postings on Friday night. At the same time, the Jahanabad outpost in-charge of Sangramgarh was put on the line after being found negligent in his work.
The inspectors who have been given new posting in the crime branch include inspectors Anand Kumar Pal Singh, Sushil Kumar Katia, Rakesh Kumar Rai, Pramod Kumar Singh, Gulab Chandra Sonkar, Kamlesh Kumar and Rajendra Prasad Yadav. An order has been issued to put Jehanabad police post in-charge Tej Bahadur Yadav on line duty after negligence was found in his work. According to the order, all the inspectors have been asked to be immediately posted in the crime branch and send their report to the senior officer.
