Mash ¼ cup curd
– 3 strands of saffron

Make a smooth paste of it. – Now add saffron dissolved in milk, chopped pistachios, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder and mix it well. After mixing well, let it cool in the fridge. Finally sprinkle some pistachios on top and serve chilled.
How to prepare curd mask at home
If Dahi Mosco is not ready, then you can make it like this. – First of all, heat 1 liter of milk. – Now take a little milk in a cup and dissolve saffron in it and mix this milk in the whole milk. When the milk cools down completely, add two spoons of curd to it. – Now filter this milk. – Then add all the curd to the milk. If you do this at night, then the curd will be ready by morning. – Now spread a cotton cloth on a plate and spread the curd on top. Slowly the water of the curd will drain out and leave it for about an hour, so that the curd is completely absorbed. – Now soak the cloth in the curd and take out the curd in a pan. The curd prepared in this way is called Mosco.
