Servant commits robbery of Rs 2 lakh at MP Navneet Rana's house in Mumbai

Mumbai: The maid has revealed the theft of Rs 2 lakh from the house of Amravati MP Navneet Rana and her husband MLA Ravi Rana in Khar, Mumbai. In this case, the police have registered a case against domestic servant Arjun Mukhiya and started further investigation. Police suspect that Mukhiya stole Rs 2 lakh in cash and fled to his native village in Bihar.

According to more information in this regard, the Rana couple have a flat on the eighth floor in Lovehi Apartment in Khar, Mumbai. In this flat, a servant named Arjun Mukhiya was taking care of the flat. Mukhiya was living in this flat for the last ten months. In the month of February, Ravi Rana had given Rs 2 lakh in cash to Sandeep Sase, who was working as his PA. Mother-in-law kept this money in a cupboard here. Recently, when the cupboard was opened to take out this amount for expenditure, this amount was not there. When this amount was not found even after the entire room was emptied, theft was suspected.

The mother-in-law noticed that the head, who worked as a domestic servant, was also missing and could not be contacted. Sase then contacted Khar police and complained, the police registered a case against Mukhiya under various sections and conducted further investigation. Police suspect that Mukhiya might have fled to his native Bihar with cash amount of Rs 2 lakh.
