BSE's 30-share major index Sensex is currently trading at 80,116.46, up 34.48 points or 0.04%. Whereas NSE's main index of 50 shares Nifty is trading at the level of 24,425.30 with a decline of 10.20 points or 0.04%.
Banking, Auto, Financial Services, IT, Pharma, PSU Bank, Private Bank, Realty, Healthcare and Oil & Gas stocks are seeing a rise of 0.04-1.26%. Bank Nifty is trading at 51,427.90 with a gain of 0.37 percent. While FMCG, metal and consumer durables stocks are trading with a decline.
Among major stocks, HDFC Bank, Cipla, BEL, Sun Pharma, HCL Tech, Tata Motors, HDFC Life and Adani Ports rose by 0.72-1.43 per cent. Among the big stocks, Hindalco, HUL, SBI Life, Nestle India, Britannia, Bharti Airtel and Bajaj Auto fell by 0.70-5.72 percent.
Among midcap stocks, Rajesh Exports, Godrej Property, AU Small Finance, Oberoi Realty and Ajanta Pharma rose 2.36-5.46 per cent. While Nuvoco Vistas, Tube Investments, Piramal Enterprises, Nippon and Scheffler Industries are down 1.3-2.79 per cent.
Among smallcap stocks, Aster DM Health, Care Ratings, Link, Siyaram Silk and Piramal Pharma have gained 5.01-11.24 per cent. However, among smallcap stocks, Johnson Controls, KPIT Tech, Escort Kubota, Heritage Foods and Renaissance fell 4.61-8.03 per cent.
