The Indian stock market has opened with tremendous growth today i.e. on Monday 29 July. The market was closed in the green zone on Saturday as well. Today, as soon as the market opened on the first trading day of the week, the Sensex reached a high of 81,749 and the Nifty reached a high of 24,980. The Sensex is currently trading at 81,650 with a jump of more than 300 points.
Nifty is also trading at 24,950 level with a gain of more than 100 points. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 24 are up and 6 are down. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 48 are up and 2 are down.
Talking about stocks, NTPC, Indusind Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI, Infosys, Reliance etc are seeing good gains.
