Ravi Prakash was honoured with the Patient Advocate Educational Award at the World Lung Cancer Conference (WCLC-2024) held in the US this month. Ravi Prakash was the only person from India to receive this award. Ravi Prakash was suffering from lung cancer for nearly 4 years and was in the last stage of cancer. He was undergoing CAR-T cell therapy in Mumbai for the last one and a half months. After returning from the US, he was also given the fourth infusion of gamma-delta cells.
