Decision for DDC this month
HMRTC Director Chandrashekhar Khare said that first of all the Detail Design Contract (DDC) agreement will be signed for the construction of metro in old Gurugram. Under this, a company will be appointed, which will decide where the metro stations will be built.
Whether the pillar will be built in the middle of the road or on the side, that is, the company has to complete all the formalities from metro track construction to station design and track design. He said that tenders have been called for this. Interested companies can participate in it till Thursday.
The company participating in the tender will be given the work after signing a contract with it. The company will decide where the stations will be built. How many houses and shops will have to be demolished for station or track construction. Along with this, a technical consultant will also be appointed. For this, tenders have been invited till June 27. At present, work is being done on prepaid consultancy.
