Sehore: Collector gave instructions to demolish dilapidated school buildings

Sehore, August 5 (HS). Collector Praveen Singh has instructed that all the school buildings in the district be inspected. Action should be taken to demolish the buildings of schools which are in dilapidated condition. Along with this, instructions were given to make alternative arrangements for the students of such schools. He said that continuous rain is going on in the district, all the officers should remain alert and take immediate rescue and relief action in case of flood and water logging.

Collector Singh was addressing the review meeting of time-limit sheets on Monday. Along with the management of forest blocks, he has given instructions to speed up the process of converting forest villages into revenue villages. In the meeting, the collector directed all the officers to resolve the pending applications of the department and to resolve the CM Helpline cases expeditiously and said that all the departments should resolve the pending complaints of their departments satisfactorily. He did a detailed review of the CM Helpline department-wise. The collector directed to resolve the complaints of the common people through the CM Helpline seriously.

The collector directed all revenue officers to increase revenue collection according to the target. It was informed in the meeting that revenue collection of more than 3 crore 42 lakh 69 thousand has been done. Along with this, he directed all the officers to ensure that no borewell remains open. While reviewing the compassionate appointment and pension cases, he said that no case should remain pending.

District Panchayat CEO Ashish Tiwari, Additional Collector Vrindavan Singh, Joint Collector Vandana Rajput, Nitin Tale, Anand Singh Rajawat, Deputy Collector Sudhir Kushwaha, SDM Jamil Khan, Tanmay Verma, Swati Mishra and all district officials were present in the meeting. All district level officers and employees of the district attended the meeting through VC.

Resolve as many cases as possible in the Revenue Maha Abhiyan

The collector gave instructions to resolve as many cases as possible with utmost seriousness under the Revenue Maha Abhiyan. Collector Mr. Singh has instructed all revenue officers and employees not to go on leave under the Revenue Maha Abhiyan. It was informed at the meeting that 483 pending RCMS cases, 523 cases of record correction, 1330 cases of name transfer and 152 cases of partition have been resolved. 23439 cases of map amendment were resolved.
