Today is the 5th anniversary of the abrogation of Article 370. On this occasion, security forces and Jammu and Kashmir Police are on high alert in the entire Union Territory. Every inch is being monitored and search operations are being conducted. Meanwhile, the security forces have achieved great success.
Officials providing information on the matter said that security forces arrested two terrorist associates in Panjgam area of Pulwama district on Monday. Weapons and ammunition including a pistol and two magazines have also been recovered from them. They said that a case has been registered in this regard and further investigation has been started.
It is worth noting that security is on high alert in entire Kashmir, especially Baramulla, due to the anniversary of the repeal of Article 370 by the Government of India on 5 August 2019. Article 370 prevents any decision of the Government of India from being implemented in Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India, this was just a saying. Due to which some families of Kashmir Valley were becoming rich. Separatism was at its peak in the valley. Due to this, terrorism also became a big problem. However, during the removal of Article 370, the opposition created a lot of ruckus in both the houses of Parliament. But still Union Home Minister Amit Shah presented it in the House.
