Guptkashi, 26 July (HS). SDRF rescued a young man who got lost in Kedarnath Basukital area and brought him safely to Kedarnath.
The local people had informed the police post Kedarnath that a young man had gone towards Vasukital in the morning and has not returned yet. The police informed the SDRF about this. After this, the SDRF team along with the local police immediately left with a satellite phone to search for the said young man.
The SDRF team found the young man near Doodhganga Top. The young man was very nervous and unwell due to the dark and bad weather. The young man was identified as Shivam, son of Doodhnath, a resident of Golden Colony, Jalandhar. The soldiers rescued Shivam from there and safely took him to Kedarnath and also got him medically examined at Vivekanand Hospital.
