Ramgarh, 05 April (HS). The date of voting in Ramgarh for the Lok Sabha elections is fixed for May 20. During this period, in order to ensure free and fair conduct of elections and 100 percent voting rights of the voters, District Election Officer cum Deputy Commissioner Chandan Kumar has directed to repair all the polling centers from now on. On Friday, Sub-Divisional Officer Ashish Gangwar inspected a large number of polling stations located in Kulhi, Godatu, Harhad, Kander, Ichatu, Chatak and other areas of Dulmi block under Ramgarh district. During this, he took stock of the necessary basic facilities available at the polling station.
On the occasion, the Sub-Divisional Officer instructed the BLOs and BLO Supervisors etc. present at the polling station to include the name of every eligible voter in the voter list in their respective areas. At the same time, after conducting a survey, he directed those people who due to some reason have not yet been able to get their voter ID card, to fill Form 6 immediately. The SDO directed all BLOs and BLO supervisors to ensure maximum participation of the general public in the programs organized under voter awareness in their areas and to provide information about the programs to the people.
