SDM and SDPO took stock of the preparations for Chhath at various ghats of Jokihat.

Araria, 04 November (HS). Araria Sadar SDM Aniket Kumar and SDPO Rampukar Singh took stock of Chhath Ghat at various places of Jokihat. On Monday, Sadar SDM and SDPO along with the officials took stock of the construction of the ghat including lighting arrangements and maintenance of law and order, along with the concerned administrative and police. Gave necessary directions to the officers.

Giving information on the spot, Sadar SDM Aniket Kumar said that the district administration is sensitive regarding the great festival of public faith, Chhath. All arrangements are being made to ensure that Chhath devotees and devotees do not face any kind of problem. Barricading will be done by the administration on sensitive and deep water ghats. Also, with the help of videography and drone cameras along with watch towers on the ghats. Will be monitored.

SDPO Rampukar Singh said that the police administration is fully prepared to maintain law and order in the great festival of folk faith, Chhath. Police officers and police forces will be deputed along with the magistrate at the ghats. Special attention will also be kept on social media for mutual harmony. SDPO said this.
