School Holidays 2024: There is a relief news for school students. In view of the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Examination, holiday has been declared on 30th and 31st August in many districts including Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Ghazipur Sultanpur. Apart from this, due to Urs-e-Rajavi in Bareilly, there will be holiday in 9 schools on Friday and Saturday.
Apart from this, in view of heavy rains, Patna DM Chandrashekhar Singh has issued an order to keep the schools closed till Saturday, according to which 76 schools in the Diara area of the district will remain closed till Saturday i.e. 31 August, an order has been issued by the Patna District Magistrate's Office regarding this. September 1 is Sunday, so now the schools will open on Monday.
Holiday on 30-31 August in these districts of UP
It has been said in the order that in view of the offline written examination of Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, in view of the increasing movement of candidates and other people in the city and to maintain smooth traffic, all government/non-government aided/self-financed CBSE/ICSE schools of all boards from class 1 to 12 of the district (Ghazipur, Gorakhpur, Lucknow) will remain closed on 30th and 31st August 2024.
Due to Urs-e-Rajavi, 9 schools in Bareilly will remain closed on 30th and 31st August. These include Islamia Girls Inter College, FR Islamia Inter College, Kasturba Nagar Nigam Girls Inter College, Khalil Higher Secondary School, SV Inter College, DAV Higher Secondary School, Rambharose Girls Inter College, GIC and GGIC. The District Magistrate has issued a letter in this regard. Pre-scheduled examinations will be conducted in universities, colleges or others.
Schools will remain closed for so many days in September
In September, there will be holidays on 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 September as they are Sundays. 14 and 28 will be the second and fourth Saturdays, so many schools will remain closed on these days too. Eid-e-Milad Barawafat is on 16 September, so there will be a public holiday. Ganesh Chaturthi is being celebrated on 07 September Saturday, so holidays may be announced in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, MP, Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Apart from these holidays, there will also be some local and regional holidays.
