SBI Chairman Dinesh Kumar Khara has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court saying that as per the court's order, we have provided all the information related to the election bonds before 5 pm on March 21. This information includes alpha numeric number i.e. unique number of the bond, value of the bond, name of the buyer, name of the party receiving payment, last four digits of the party's bank account number, value/number of the redeemed bond. , In view of cyber security, the political party, full bank account number of the party and KYC details of the bond buyer have not been disclosed.

The court again had to reprimand SBI. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud asked whether the bank had not understood the court's decision. In Monday's hearing, Chief Justice Chandrachud directed the lawyers appearing for the banks and companies to order SBI to release all the data related to the bonds before 5 pm on March 21. As per the decision, the bank bond data was to be handed over to the Election Commission, which would be published on the Commission's website for easy access. After this order, SBI gave this information to the Election Commission on Thursday.
