First of all, put cooked khichdi, flour, and all the spices in a large bowl.

Now prepare the bhajiya batter by adding ginger-chilli-garlic paste, curd and water as required.

Now heat oil in a pan and dip the dough in the batter and fry it in hot oil.

Fry the pakoras till they turn golden on both sides. Our hot khichdi bhajiya is ready, you can serve it with chutney.
