New Delhi, 4 December (HS). Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar’s daughter Sara has joined the Sachin Tendulkar Foundation (STF) as a director. Sachin gave the above information through a post on X on Wednesday.
Sachin said he is “very happy” to share this news. Sachin said that Sara has started this journey to empower the country through sports, healthcare and education.
He said, “I am very happy to share that my daughter Sara has joined STF India as Director. She has a Master’s degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from University College London. She has set out on a journey to empower India through sports, healthcare and education. “It serves as a reminder of how global education can come full circle.”
During his illustrious career, Sachin scored 34,357 runs in 664 international matches at an average of 48.52. Sachin is the highest run scorer in international cricket. He has scored maximum 100 centuries and 164 half-centuries in international cricket. He is the only player to score centuries.
