Begowal: The 74th birth anniversary of Baba Peram Singh Ji was celebrated with great reverence and enthusiasm on Monday at the holy place of Dera Sant Baba Peram Singh Ji Murliwala. The three-day religious program was completed with great reverence with good arrangements by former president SGPC Bibi Jagir Kaur and manager Yuvraj Bhupinder Singh. Hundreds of devotees paid obeisance.
While a large number of saints of Ammit Vele were present during the program, the famous Ragi Dhaadi Jathas of the sect mesmerized the devotees with Gurbani Kirtan while shedding light on the life of Sant Baba Peram Singh Murale. Hazuri Ragi Sahiban connected the Sangat to Gurbani with Rasbhinne Kirtan, delighted the Sangat with Gurbani Kirtan and inspired the Sangat to follow the path shown by Naam Bani.
Former Jathedar Singh Sahib Gyani Harpreet Singh of Sri Akal Takht Sahib and other prominent personalities recalled the generosity of Sant Baba Peram Singh Murale and encouraged the devotees to follow the path shown by Gurbani.
On this occasion, the chief sevadar Bibi Jagir Kaur offered flowers of respect to Sant Baba Prem Singh Murale. She said that today I have no political concern nor am I worried about the chair, today our Sikh community and humanity are being harmed, I am very worried about this. On this occasion, Bibi Jagir Kaur said that we should follow the path shown by Sant Baba Prem Singh Murale so that the Sikh community can prosper, where unity of the community and mutual brotherhood is the need of the hour.
On this occasion, Bibi Jagir Kaur honoured the celebrities by giving them headscarves.
