Jhansi, August 4 (HS). Senior journalist Sanjay Tiwari said that various forms of literature in the Indian knowledge tradition started from Bundelkhand itself.

In the national seminar organized under the aegis of the Hindi department of BU, he said that the literary tradition of Bundelkhand can be discussed continuously for a long time. He said that any work becomes famous only when it includes folk elements. He said that Bundelkhand has an important place not only in Hindi poetry but also in prose literature. If the literature of Bundelkhand is separated, then Hindi literature will remain incomplete.

He said that if you pay attention, every writer from Bundelkhand looks like a brave soldier. The folk dialect of Bundelkhand has the power to create a special impact. He expressed hope that Hindi literature will become more prosperous in the future.

In the second session of the national seminar organized in the Dr. Vrindavan Lal Verma auditorium of the Hindi department on the occasion of the birth anniversary of national poet Maithili Sharan Gupt, Professor Dr. Rachna Vimal of Delhi University said that the writings of Dr. Vrindavan Lal Verma were unique.

He mentioned Dr Verma's personality and work in detail. He said that we grew up listening to Bundela Harbolon ke muhne humne suni kahani thi, khub ladi mardani wo to Jhansi wali rani thi. These lines kept inspiring us. He said that Lord Macaulay conspired to destroy our culture. Giving various examples, he said that Dr Vrindavan Lal Verma was a magician of words. He has created and described Shikari literature very beautifully. He called upon all the litterateurs to imbibe the ideals of Dr Vrindavan Lal Verma with sincerity.

While presiding over the second session on the contribution of Bundelkhand in the development of Hindi prose literature, Prof. Chandan Kumar said that

The great writers of Hindi remained free from formal Hindi education. What is the reason that the vision of a writer gets affected by the influence of power? He said that sub-languages have played an important role in making the understanding of Hindi emotional and integrated. Grierson created a strange problem of language and dialect in India which is still continuing. Bundelkhand has played an important role in the vocabulary in which Hindi creates heroism. The question of how the enthusiasm of Hindi prose disappeared across the Yamuna is also worth considering. Most of those who advocated making Hindi the national language were non-Hindi speakers. Keep this fact in mind. He suggested working on Mastani in the field of literature. There is also a need to work on the contribution of Muslim creativity in the development of nationalism. He said that literature should be created with a proper perspective.

Dr. Avdhesh Kumar Shukla, who came from Wardha, recited a composition highlighting the relationship between Kedarnath Agarwal and Nagarjun. He also mentioned a composition of writer Kedarnath Agarwal highlighting the condition of farmers. He also mentioned the compositions of writers of Bundelkhand, especially the dramas. He said that many writers of Bundelkhand were engaged in instilling the feeling of patriotism and freedom in the people of the country. He said that Dr. Vrindavan Lal Verma has no equal in writing historical social novels and stories.

Prof. Siddharth Shankar, who came from Chhapra, said that Hindi has become rich only due to the literature of various folk languages. He also underlined the acceptability of Maithili Sharan Gupt's works. He said in painful words that justice has not been done to folk literature. He said that efforts should be made to connect with one's land and culture. He also mentioned the narrative vision of Dr. Vrindavan Lal Verma on the pretext of some stories.

Dr. Mahendra Prajapati said that Gopal Rai has written about Dr. Vrindavan Lal Verma with great devotion. He mentioned the stories of Dr. Vrindavan Lal Verma and Siyaram Sharan Gupta and said that their subject matter and craft are unique.

Dr. Gopeshwar Dutt Pandey, who came from Delhi, said that Harishankar Parsai made a unique contribution to the development of Hindi prose through satire. Before Parsai ji, we used to count satire as an essay. Parsai ji did a unique work by connecting the concerns of the people of the nation with satire. His satirical writings give voice to the frustrations of the common man. The land of Bundelkhand has an incomparable contribution to the development of Hindi literature.
