Saints welcomed Bharat Yatra from Lord Shri Ram’s birthplace Ayodhya to Chitrakoot with shower of flowers.

Chitrakoot, 20 November (HS). Bharat Yatra, which reached Tapobhoomi Chitrakoot under the leadership of Mahant Kamal Nayan Das Maharaj from Maniram Das Chhawni Ashram in Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram, along with two hundred saints, was welcomed by the local sages and saints by showering flowers.

The leela of Lord Shri Ram and Bharat Milap which took place in the Bharat Milap temple located on Kamadgiri Parikrama Marg left the people emotional. Looking at the scene, it seemed as if the memories of Treta Yug had come alive.

Let us tell you that Mahant Nritya Gopal Das Maharaj of Maniram Das Chhawni Ashram of Ayodhya had started Bharat Yatra fifty years ago, which continues even today under the leadership of his successor Mahant Kamalnayan Das. The sages and saints started the Yatra from Ayodhya by worshiping the symbolic forms of Bharat and Shatrughan. This five-day Bharat Yatra reached Chitrakoot from Ayodhya via Nandigram, Prayagraj. During this, sages and saints spoke about the ideal love relationship between Lord Ram and Bharat and the glory of the grand Ram temple built in Ayodhya.

Mahant Kamalnayan Das Maharaj, who is leading the yatra, said that “Lord Ram is a symbol of religion and ideals. This yatra is being organized with the aim of spreading the ideal love of Ram and Bharat to everyone. This tradition was started 50 years ago by Mahant Nritya Gopal Das ji, which is being continued even today.” This journey has once again refreshed the memories of Ramayana period in Ayodhya. This religious festival of saints and devotees has spread enthusiasm and devotion among the devotees of Ram.

Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddha Baba, who came from Nepal and participated in the yatra, said that Bharat Yatra is a symbol of the prosperity of Indian Sanatan Dharma. India and Nepal have an unbroken relationship since Treta Yuga. He said that Nepal will soon be made a Hindu nation. Mahant Madan Gopal Das Maharaj of Kamtanath Temple, Chitrakoot, while praising the glory of Bharat Yatra, said that this journey is a symbol of love. He said that the main goal of this yatra is to awaken patriotism and goodwill. He said that India becoming a Hindu nation is the dream of Sanatanis all over the world. This dream will come true soon. Mahant Vimal Krishna Das Maharaj from Ayodhya narrated the glorious story of the journey that has been going on for 50 years. On this occasion, hundreds of saints including Mahant Ram Manohar Das Maharaj of Bharat Milap Temple, Mahant Pradeep Das Maharaj of Matagjendra Nath Temple Chitrakoot were present.
