Ayodhya, 30 October (Hindus). This year's Deepotsav has become a historic festival in Ayodhya. After Lord Shri Ram Lalla's presence in the grand temple, this festival has created a special enthusiasm among the saints and devotees. The Sant Samaj of Ayodhya has expressed special joy on this festival of lights and has described it as a unique event, which has become possible after a long wait of 500 years.

Mahant Bindu Gadyacharya Swami Devendra Prasadcharya of Dashrath Palace in Ayodhya described the festival of lights as the heritage of Sanatan Dharma. He said, “Diwali and Deepotsav are the basis of Sanatan Dharma, and this time Deepotsav is special because Lord Shri Ram has returned to his abode in Ayodhya. This festival of lights is a unique opportunity to express faith and reverence towards our Lord Shri Ram, due to which the saints are happy and excited.” Saints believe that Ayodhya is re-presenting the same scene which was seen during the arrival of Shri Ram in Tretayuga.

Saints expressed gratitude towards Yogi government

Sant Samaj has also expressed gratitude to the present Yogi government. They believe that this divine opportunity of Shri Ram Lalla's re-establishment is the result of the efforts of the government. Saints say that the government has revived this religious and cultural heritage of Ayodhya, due to which the entire saint community is happy.

Mahant Brijmohan Das Maharaj of Chaubhuji Temple expressed his feelings through his written lines on this unique occasion of Deepotsav. He says that not only the saint community but the entire people of Ayodhya are proud of Shri Ram Lalla's presence in Ayodhya and are participating enthusiastically in this festival of lights.

Saint Mahant Rajeev Lochan Sharan Maharaj of Badhaai Bhawan Temple said, “Just like the divine scene that was there when Lord arrived in Ayodhya in Tretayuga, is again in front of us today. We the saints are happy to see this historical moment and are participating in this festival of lights with unique enthusiasm.”

Preparations have been completed to celebrate this unique festival of lights by lighting lamps in Ayodhya from Saryu coast to Shri Ram Lala temple and various other temples. With the collective efforts of the saint community, devotees and the government, this festival of lights is not only a religious event, but it is also spreading the message of the divinity and faith of Ayodhya to the entire world. The feelings and faith of the saints are reflected in this historical festival of lights, which is giving a special spiritual height to Ayodhya.
