Indian shot dead in Canada: Once again news has come from Canada. A sensational case of a youth of Indian origin being shot dead in Surrey has come to light. According to the police, it is suspected to be a case of target killing.
Victim's identity released
Canadian police said that a young man named Yuvraj Goyal was found dead at his home on June 7. We received information that he was shot. Yuvraj moved to Canada from Ludhiana, Punjab in 2019 and was working as a sales executive in Surrey. Surrey is a city in British Columbia.
Recently got Canadian PR
Police also said that Yuvraj has recently got the right to permanent residence (PR) in Canada. According to the report of Surrey Royal Canadian Mounted Police, four suspects have been detained in this case. They have been charged with first degree murder. The accused have been identified as Manveer Basram (23), Sahib Basra (20), Harkirat Jhoothi (23). All these people are residents of Surrey while the fourth accused is from Ontario who has been identified as Kilian Francois (20).
