- 1 cup soap
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp ghee or oil
- Coriander, finely chopped
How to make Sabudana Khichdi
1). Wash with soap and soak.
2). – Heat ghee or oil in a pan.
3). Add cumin, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt.
4). Add potatoes and mix well.
5). Add soap and mix well.
6). Add green coriander. Your Sabudana Khichdi is ready, serve hot.
