Ingredients for making Sabudana Khichdi
- Ghee,
- Groundnut,
- Cumin,
- Green chilly,
- Ginger,
- Tomato,
- Boiled potatoes,
- Black Salt,
- freshly ground black pepper,
- peanut butter,
- finely chopped coriander leaves,
- Sugar,
- Lemon juice.
How to make Sabudana Khichdi
step 1
First of all, wash 1 cup soap thoroughly with water 3 to 4 times and add 1 cup water and soak it for 30 minutes.
Step-2
Now heat a pan on medium flame and add 1 tbsp ghee into it and roast the peanuts.
Step- 3
Now in the same pan, add cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger and some neem leaves, chopped tomatoes and fry them well.
Step-4
After 2 minutes, add 1 finely chopped boiled potato, soaked soap water, rock salt, black pepper powder and mix everything well.
Step-5 –
Now add peanut flour, fried peanuts and finely chopped coriander leaves, sugar, lemon juice and mix well and cook for a few minutes. – Now take it out in a plate and garnish with pomegranate seeds and enjoy your delicious Sabudana Khichdi.
