Sago,
Ghee,
Groundnut,
Cumin,
Green chilli, ginger
Tomato,
Boiled potatoes,
Rock salt,
freshly ground black pepper,
Peanut flour,
finely chopped coriander leaves,
Sugar,
Lemon juice.
How to make Sabudana Khichdi

First of all, take a fine soap grain, wash it with water and soak it for half an hour.

Now heat ghee in a pan and add peanuts and fry them.

Now in the same pan, add cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger and some neem leaves, chopped tomatoes and fry it well.

Now add boiled potatoes, soaked soap nuts, rock salt, black pepper powder, peanut flour, roasted peanuts and finely chopped coriander leaves, sugar, lemon juice and mix well. – Now take it out in a plate and garnish it with pomegranate seeds and serve your delicious Sabudana Khichdi.
