While the Lok Sabha 2024 elections are going on in India, there is an election atmosphere in the entire country. Foreign Minister mentioned cashless
In his address, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar mentioned the digitalization of the country and said that India has become quite digital under the Modi government. The External Affairs Minister asked the students that how many of you use cash today? He mentioned the importance of cashless transactions.
Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar said that today the country does 10 to 11 billion cashless transactions per month. America makes four billion digital transactions every year. China handles a maximum of 20 billion transactions per year. The Foreign Minister further said that in a short time India will become the country with the third largest economy.
