Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has officially confirmed in a virtual conversation with Indian media that President Putin’s visit is going to take bilateral relations between India and Russia to a new height. A high-level bilateral meeting has been scheduled between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Vladimir Putin on September 11, just a day before the global Mahakumbh to be held on September 12 and 13 at the prestigious Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. In this important meeting, the top leaders of both the countries will discuss in detail all the important issues related to defense cooperation, strategic partnership, energy security and bilateral trade.
