Moscow: Along with the Russia-Ukraine war, tension has also started between America and Russia. Russia has said that if American weapons come near its borders, it will deploy nuclear weapons to protect its borders.

In fact, the US has recently announced the deployment of its long-range missiles in Germany. They have said that they will deploy weapons including Tom-Hawk and new hyper-sonic missiles in Germany to protect NATO and Europe. It is natural for Russia to react to this because this will bring American weapons closer to Russia.

Speaking to news agency Inter-Fax, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkad said that Russia will pay special attention to the defense of its Kaliningrad region, which is surrounded by NATO countries. Regarding America's future plans, he said, “I am not ruling out any option. If needed, we will also deploy nuclear weapons.”

Just last month, Russian President Putin said that Moscow would now start working on the production of short-range missiles. We will increase the production of lighter but more lethal missiles as well as decide where to deploy them. Most Russian missiles are capable of carrying nuclear weapons.

These statements have caused an uproar in Europe. Despite this statement by Russia, America has decided to deploy missiles in Germany.

Official organizations blamed Raibkad and said that America is constantly taking provocative actions. Kaviningrad is no exception. They are under the illusion that we will not do anything. If America or any other country raises its eyes to us, we will keep every option open.

Both Russia and the US have long and medium-range land-based weapons. A treaty was signed between Russia and the US in 1987 to ban these weapons. But in 2019, the US withdrew from this treaty accusing Russia.

Analysts say it is a warning signal that the missile race has intensified since the Ukraine war.
