Runners ran in Veerangana Rani Durgavati race competition

Jabalpur, June 22 (HS). Rani Durgavati Marathon race competition was organized on Saturday, two days before the 461st Balidan Diwas of the great warrior queen of Garha Mandla state, Rani Durgavati, being organized on June 24. Hundreds of runners and runners from male and female category participated in this competition. Municipal Chairman Rinku Vij and Municipal Commissioner Preeti Yadav, who arrived as guests in this competition organized in Bhanwartal Park, saluted the warrior queen Rani Durgavati, a symbol of pride and glory, and flagged off the runners. In which Khushi Raghuvanshi got first place in the women's category, Anshika Lodhi got second place and Ramni Patel got third place, along with this, consolation prizes were given to seven others, which include Akriti Patel, Neha Yadav, Lakshmi Ben, Kaku Singh Rajput, Anushka Ben, Suman Bharti, and Sonakshi Vishwakarma respectively. Similarly, in the men's category, Krishna Kumar got first place, Khem Singh Patel got second place and Aditya Raj Saket got third place, while seven other people got consolation prizes which include Harsh Vardhan Chaudhary, Nanta Patel, Neelu Chaudhary, Vednam Deo, Hariom Patel, Suryabhan Singh and Shubham Mishra respectively.

The marathon race competition organized by Jabalpur Municipal Corporation in collaboration with the Veerangna Durgavati Smriti Raksha Abhiyan of Mitra Sangh and Milan and Corporation Athletics Association started at 7 am in front of the statue of Rani Durgavati located at Bhanwartal. The race competition for women started first. This race competition started from Bhanwartal and ended at Sharda Chowk. Similarly, the marathon race competition for men started from Bhanwartal Garden and ended at the Samadhi of Veerangna Durgavati located at Baraha.
