Dehradun, 21 October (HS). Nationalist Regional Party (RRP) has decided to support independent candidate Tribhuvan Chauhan in the by-election of Kedarnath assembly constituency. On this occasion, the party official welcomed Tribhuvan Chauhan by giving him a bunch of flowers.
On Monday, RRP National President Shivprasad Semwal said that Tribhuvan Chauhan is a senior journalist. His work towards public concerns is praiseworthy. Therefore, the party is giving its support to him in the by-election of Kedarnath assembly constituency. Party's state president Sulochana Ishtawal said that there is a need for alternative politics to save Uttarakhand from Delhi based parties, therefore only the candidates who are already fighting for public concerns like domicile, land law etc. will have to be given strength, so that the people's support is taken care of. Voice can be raised in the House. State President of Mahila Cell, Shailbala Mamangai said that soon big leaders of the party will go to Kedarnath area to campaign. During this, State Organization Co-Secretary Rajendra Gusai, Metropolitan President of Women's Cell Shashi Rawat, Shanti Chauhan, Rajni Kukreti and Shobhit Bhadri etc. were present.
