RPI will run a campaign to connect women in UP

Lucknow, 08 March (HS). Republican Party of India (Athawale) will run a campaign to connect women in Uttar Pradesh. This decision was taken in the meeting held under the chairmanship of State President of Mahila Morcha Shail Srivastava at the state office of RPI organized on Friday on International Women's Day.

In the meeting of Mahila Morcha, State President of Mahila Cell, Shail Srivastava said that the participation of women in the society is equal to that of a man. The Women's Reservation Bill passed in the House under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done historic work in the direction of women empowerment. RPI thanks the Prime Minister for this historic bill.

Shail Srivastava said that RPI will take the ideas of Baba Saheb and make women aware in every village, street, town and city and unite them. For this, a campaign will be run in the entire state from March 10.

State Vice President of Mahila Morcha, Ruchi Shukla said that International Women's Day is celebrated every year on March 8 with the aim of providing equal rights to women socially and to understand their contribution. Today women need to be aware. They need to raise their voice for their rights. Through Mahila Morcha, we will connect women of every section of the society, including the oppressed, the downtrodden, the Dalits and the deprived, with RPI and empower them.

In the meeting, prominent women leaders including Durgavati Singh, Sanjana Devi, Mamta Singh, Mehroon Nisha, Sita Singh, Vineeta Srivastava, Priya Asthana, Pratibha Shahi, Saroj Pandey, Ruchi Shukla, Razia, Roshan Ara, Rekha, Renu, Taro Bibi were present. Officials were present.
