After meeting the family members of Santram Agrahari at their residence on Wednesday, Mr. Gupta said that the manner in which the criminals brutally murdered Santram Agrahari is unfortunate. Killers ruined a poor man's family. Santram Agrahari used to support his family by selling eggs. But the murderers took away the happiness and peace of the poor man's family by killing him.
Shri Gupta said that the Republican Party of India (Athawale) will provide justice to the family of Santram Agrahari and will support the family at every level. This matter will be brought to the notice of the Chief Minister and every criminal involved in the murder will be given strict punishment, so that such cases are not repeated. Besides, security will also be provided to the family members.
Mr. Gupta said that murder is a heinous crime. The way Santram Agrahari was murdered in a planned manner proves how high is the courage of the criminals. But we are not going to sit silent. We will meet the Chief Minister and inform him about this incident and will rest only after providing justice to the victim's family.
