New Delhi: RRB RPF Recruitment 2024: Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) on Sunday released a notification for the recruitment of Sub Inspector (SI) and Constable posts in Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF). The application process will start soon. When the recruitment starts, interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website Indianrailways.gov.in.
application date
Registration for RPF Recruitment 2024 for Sub-Inspector and Constable will start from April 15, 2024. Candidates can apply till 14 May 2024.
Vacancy and salary
A total of 4660 posts will be filled under this recruitment drive. Out of these, 4208 recruitments are for the post of constable, while 453 posts are for the post of SI. Selected candidates will get salary as follows.
Sub-Inspector – Rs. 35,400
Constable – Rs. 21,700
RRB RPF Recruitment 2024: Educational Qualification
Sub-Inspector Posts: Candidate must have Bachelor's degree from any recognized university in India.
Constable Posts: Candidate must have passed 10th class from a board recognized by the Government of India.
RPF Recruitment 2024: Age Limit
Sub Inspector Posts: The age limit for Sub Inspector is between 20 to 28 years.
Constable Posts: The age limit for constable is 18 to 28 years.
Application fee
The application fee for SC, ST, Ex-Serviceman, Women, Minority or Economically Backward (EBC) category candidates is Rs 250. The fee will be refunded after deducting applicable bank charges for appearing in CBT. For all remaining candidates, out of Rs 500 fee, Rs 400 will be refunded after deducting bank charges after appearing in CBT.
