Instruction:

To make Roohafza Vermicelli, first heat ghee in a pan and then add vermicelli in it. – Fry the vermicelli lightly and keep aside.

Grind dry fruits and cook them in milk. – Add roasted vermicelli in milk and cook on low flame.

– When vermicelli is cooked, add khoya and milk to it. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook on low flame.

Finally, add the ruhafaza to the mixture, ensuring that it is mixed well. Garnish with dry fruits.

Cook and then serve.
