Rohtak: Policemen given training to stop riots

Rohtak, July 15 (HS). Policemen are now being trained to prevent riots so that the police does not face any problem at the right time. Experts are giving this training to the policemen. Also, to deal with the difficult law and order situation, the police personnel were given practice in the police line. Weekly parade was organized on Monday, Superintendent of Police Himanshu Garg took the salute of the parade and issued guidelines to the police officers and personnel.

Superintendent of Police Himanshu Garg while addressing all the staff deployed on the rider said that they should continuously patrol their respective areas. Riders should take action against people encroaching their area and confiscate their belongings. Crime hotspot areas, deserted areas where there is a high possibility of incidents of robbery, theft, snatching etc. will be continuously patrolled. During the day, the jawan deployed on the rider should ensure that there is no traffic jam in his area. On receiving information, they should reach the spot immediately.

In case of a criminal incident, contact your senior officers immediately. Strictly follow the orders of your officer. Police personnel were given information about using anti-riot equipment during law and order situation. The personnel were given detailed training on anti-riot equipment like lathi-danda charge, cane-shield, push position etc. During the parade, the Superintendent of Police honored 27 officers and personnel who did commendable work and solved the crimes quickly by giving them certificates.
