Robbers who escaped from the police met with an accident near Bidhipur, one died and the other was seriously injured

Jalandhar: One robber died in a road accident near Bidhipur on Jalandhar-Amritsar road, while the other robber was seriously injured, who has been admitted to the civil hospital for treatment. In this regard, SHO of Police Station Maksudan Rajinder Singh said that when he reached the spot after getting the information, he saw that the robbers' Activa was parked on the roadside, who were crossing the road fast to escape and they collided with the Activa. After the collision, it fell on the bricks lying in an empty plot nearby.

During this, one robber died on the spot due to head injury, while the other was seriously injured and has been admitted to the Civil Hospital for treatment. At present, neither of them has been identified. He told that the weapons used in the robbery incidents have been recovered from both of them. Drugs have also been recovered. He said that CCTV cameras installed nearby are being examined.
