Barabanki 4th December (Hindustan Reporter) While overtaking a truck going towards Bahraich near Chowkaghat in Ramnagar police station area, the Gonda depot bus coming from behind hit the truck hard. The bus operator died on the spot. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot, conducted Panchnama of the conductor’s body and sent it to the district headquarters for post-mortem.
At around 4:00 am on Thursday, while overtaking a truck going towards Bahraich from behind, the bus from Gonda depot hit it hard. Due to which Gonda depot bus operator Vasudev Dubey died. Police station in-charge Inspector Ajay Kumar Tripathi said that the incident took place in the morning. The bus driver himself collided with the truck while overtaking. The operator died. Some other passengers also sustained minor injuries and have been sent to CHC. The injuries were minor so they were bandaged and released. The operator’s family members and roadways officials have been informed about this. Panchnama of the dead body has been sent to the PM. Action will be taken on the complaint.
