The districts where this jam has been imposed include Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Shamli, Baghpat, Hapur, Ghaziabad, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Hathras, Kasganj, Mainpuri, Amroha, Rampur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur. There will be a block from 12 noon to 2 pm in Sambhal, Etah and Bijnor. Meanwhile, the lawyers will remain at work and there will be a Mahapanchayat of lawyers in Ghaziabad on 16th November, where the further strategy will be decided.

What is the meaning of movement?

On October 29, there was a dispute in the district court room between the district judge and former president of Ghaziabad Bar Association, Narsingh Yadav. After this the dispute escalated so much that it even led to a fight, after which the police lathi-charged the lawyers. Since that day the lawyers have been agitating against him. Statements are coming from the lawyers that till now they are agitating and protesting peacefully but after Monday the place and form of the movement will change.
