Mumbai: Three people died in a collision between an ST Shivshahi bus and a rickshaw near Mangaon in Raigad district on the Mumbai-Goa highway this morning. This accident happened when a Shivshahi bus hit a rickshaw, in this accident the rickshaw was damaged. Many tourists have also been injured in this incident. The accident happened today at 11.30 am near Tilor village near Mangaon.
In this accident, three passengers including Dattatraya Varandekar and Praveen Malusare in the rickshaw died, while the third person has not been identified.
ST Shivshahi bus was going from Thane to Dapoli. The accident happened when the bus reached near Mangaon. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot. The accident was so severe that the wheel of the rickshaw came off and the bus was also badly damaged. Three people died in this incident while many passengers on the bus were also injured.
